Which personal data do we collect?

Unless otherwise agreed with you, we manage and process only your personal data required in connection with your employment. Such data usually include last name, first name, title, day, month and year of birth, permanent residence, temporary residence, citizenship, health insurance company, place, district and country of birth, personal identification number, account number, job title, employee identification number. In case of tax claims, this also includes the relevant data required by law.

Purpose of personal data processing, legal basis

We mostly use your personal data to fulfil the purpose of the contract between you and us and to meet our statutory obligations, in particular accounting and tax obligations. Specific grounds for the processing of your personal data may also include legitimate interest (based on our legitimate interest, we process personal data which are processed by cookies through your online browser), consent (provided you have granted us your consent, we can send you commercial communication (e-mail marketing) based on such consent, and you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time as described in more detail in the section of this information sheet entitled “Your Rights”.

For how long do we manage your personal data?

We retain your personal data for as long as necessary to comply with the rights and obligations arising from our contractual relationship and then only for the duration of our statutory obligation to retain such data.

Your rights

You have the right to request access to your personal data, their correction, erasure, limitation on processing, the right to object to processing as well as the right to data portability, the right to lodge a complaint to the Office for Personal Data Protection, you have the right to be informed about a breach of your personal data. These rights specifically contain the following and you can exercise them as follows:

Modifications and amendments

Correction

If you believe that your personal data processed by us are incorrect, contact us via e-mail at [email protected] or in writing at the address of our registered office and specify which data you request to have corrected and why.

Erasure

You can request that we erase your data from the documents that we are not legally obliged to retain (such as accounting documents). Your request may be denied if we are required to keep your data for accounting or fiscal purposes or for the establishment, court finding or exercise of our legal claims. If the aforedescribed circumstances do not occur, we will erase your personal data in particular if: the personal data are no longer needed for the purposes of their processing; you have withdrawn your consent, on the basis of which the data were processed, and no other legal reason for their processing exists; you have objected to the processing of personal data and you believe that the assessment of the objection reveals that in the specific situation your interest outweighs our interest in the processing of such personal data; the personal data are processed in compliance with applicable legislation; the obligation of erasure is set forth in special legislation; the personal data concern persons under 16 years of age. Limitation on processing

It may happen that you object based on the inaccuracy of your personal data or you believe that the processing is not in full compliance with legislation or you believe that we no longer need your personal data for the purposes of processing, for which we obtained such personal data, or based on an objection raised as described below. Objection

In the event that your personal data are processed based on legitimate interest (as described above), you can object to the processing of your personal data if you have a reason to do so. Access to your personal data

You can request that we inform you about the purposes of processing, the categories of personal data concerned, the recipients of the personal data, the time period, for which your personal data are stored, and you can also ask about your rights concerning your personal data.

Complaints
